T-30 seconds: I refresh
T-25 seconds: I bid
T-15 seconds: I refresh
T-10 seconds: I refresh
T-5 seconds: I refresh
T-(between 1 and 5) seconds: Someone else outbids
T-1 second: I refresh, see the outbid
