Frickin' Dumbbell Front Raise…!

I'm having slight trouble raising the arms onto the desk.  No pain or other serious/pathologic trouble, just exhausted.  And it was only 10 pounds too!  Damn, it surely maxes out the anterior (front) deltoids. :D
