Baste-Frozen Chicken Breasts, Microwaved in a Bowl

…  Are officially my favorite source of protein now.  (It used to be tuna and salmon cans.)

With the close runner-up of raw eggs (which I avoid these days though).

*hugs his Costco card*


P.S.  Why?

  1. The chicken broth goes so much better with cooked rice and soy sauce than the tuna/salmon broth, and

  2. I like the texture of meat under my control; tuna and salmon are way too thoroughly boiled/cooked to my taste and I can't have the joy of chewing.  (You guys know my carnivorous taste of preferring every kind of meat as rare as legally/safely possible…!  XD)
