ATTN: Korean food lovers

Today New York Times introduced, in an article titled “Pancakes of the World, Dressed for Dinner,” three kinds of what would be called dinner pancakes (as opposed to the light, breakfast-type ones); one of them is Korean vegetable pancake, known as 파전 (pajeon).  Although I don't like pajeon that much (except for 김치파전 (kimchi pajeon), yum) it is certainly quite delicious, and also very easy to make—even I can do it!

Some of you recently asked me for Korean food recipes, and this would certainly be one of my recommendations.  :-)
