As of this morning, my Atkins diet phase 1 is over.

Starting 5-day average = 155lbs

Past 5-day average = 145lbs

She had a goal, and so did I.  She achieved it, and so did I.  I even went hooray about this on #ddrfreak this morning.  She was there.  I think she would've said something to me if I pissed her off.

Now, if you guys please excuse me, I'll resume doing a happy gig.
